The pollution of Sulfur Dioxide produced by fired units has become a global problems. The technology of Wet Flue-Gas Desulfurization Process is most widely used in the field of flue gas gesulfurization system. A lot of wet flue-gas desulfurization engineering of 600MW generator set is being established in China,but there exits many problems because of design abilities and engineering costs.This paper studies on design and optimization of coal-fired flue gas desulfurization system of NO.3 and NO.4 desulfurization project and 600MW generator set in PanNan power plant, which based on the technology of flue gas desulfurization at home and abroad and coal properties in PanNan power plant. The design value of sulphur of coal and absorption tower has been optimized. At the same time,combined with the factors such as construction site layout, operation and maintenance, reasonable process system should be studied out and suitable process equipment should be select, which can ensure high reliability of the system and reduce the influence on safe operation of the units.This article has also selecteded and optimied anticorrosive material , and has optimied the design scheme.The request of equipment anticorrosion is different because of diffierent equipment, working environment and corrosion medium. The results show that selecting glass resin flake as anticorrosive material can decrease engineering costs and ensure reliability of resulfurization system.Besides, this paper gives preliminary study and exploration on some main problems such as overflow of absorption tower, water balance, anticorrosion damage and pipe rubber lining abscisic in PanNan power plant. Some countermeasure and measures are taken in practical application ,and some of them has achieved the desired results.
