Production equipments are important material foundations and basic tools for enterprises, and equipment management is an important component of the management of enterprises, so it is of great significance to make research on new development of modern enterprise equipment management, the new equipment management models, as well as problems encountered in the implementation of the equipment management system. According to the Chongqing Municipal Development Planning, the Coke Making Plant Of Chongqing Steel & Iron Group is shouldering a heavy environmental relocation of the mission. The full implementation of the points test equipment repair system management mode is selected to be our company's equipment management development direction after the relocation. Therefore, the establishment of a complete test equipment repair management model point is imminent.In this paper, firstly, we introduced the concepts of equipment and equipment management, analyzed the important position of equipment in the enterprise and explore the problems, such as thinking and understanding, economic management , organizational structure, and maintenance technology etc, encountered in the equipment management . From the management of enterprise equipment, we analyzed the new direction of development of the modern enterprise equipment management, and described respectively from predictive maintenance to the state of maintenance, the maintenance of use ration as the center, the basic principles of the Comprehensive Planning Maintenance and the adaptability maintenance, thereby to propose the latest equipment management method of spot inspection and regular maintenance. Based on "equipment management system" and "point test equipment repair management theory", through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper discussed the issues in the implementation of test equipment repair management system, such as the transformation of the operation, the change of organization, the implement of organization and stuff and so on .In the paper, taking the Coke Making Plant Of Chongqing Steel & Iron Company implicating the spot inspection and regular maintenance management as an example, first we analyzed detailed the status quo before the implementation of equipment and equipment maintenance mode, and pointed out the major problems in the equipment management : the lack of a scientific basis for the scheme, existing more maintenance and less maintenance; the content of the plan is simple, generally does not include materials planning and maintenance standards accessories steps; Equipment problems are reflected lagging, sudden accidents are more, equipment maintenance is frequent, the time for maintenance is long, the quality of maintenance can not be guaranteed and the production rate is low; equipments do not fit for the production, the importance on the equipment management is not enough, the way of management is backward and the efficiency is low, and so on. Therefore, the program of the spot inspection and regular maintenance management implemented in the company was designed through the combination of theory with practice, and the program includes the establishment of management organization, the grade point seizure management, and point repair mode adjustment. The company's implementing methods and steps were designed in detail. We discussed the problems existed in the implementation, and finally evaluated the realization of the effects of the realization, from the various indicators, equipment in good condition, operation stability and high efficiency can be found after implementing spot inspection and regular maintenance, and this plays a most solid support for enterprises to improve the factory's equipment management level and to actively participate in market competition.
