In the Huashan coal of the Pangzhihua coal industry limited company, due to the affect of the flooding, the bunker, there are frequently some Phenomenon such as blocking, and bursting, along with the sliding when transport the water-based raw coal by the belt conveying. Not only does it endanger the workers who are responsible for the underground room, and the safety of the equipment, but it is impossible to reserve the coal temporarily in shaft coal pocket, thus the output of mine is deficit, as well as the economy loss is so dramatic; in another shaft coal pocket, which called Dabaoding mine, There happens to fracture, oblique as well bend of the deformation, while the carrying idler squeezes the locomotive and the mine car (3 ton). Thus, if the damage is go on in future, the output will go paralyzed. In the light of the above reality, we need to analyze and make some measures to the shaft coal pocket why it invalidated, alone with the feasibility of the construction technology and methods, so as to deal with the problems and drive the produce smoothly.As analysis of the survey, it shows that we began to use explosion to excavate tunnels and then build the shaft coal pocket by laying stones from top to bottom, as building the Huashan coal in the early. What is more, the shaft wall had no pouring concrete thoroughly, which leads to much more joggles, in addition that pouring and compaction have poor qualities. The result is surrounding rock fissure is serious, and the shaft wall has no function of water seeping. Going through the surrounding rock aperture, fissure and the residue of a large number of cracks, the seeping water comes into gap and the coal bunker behind the unloading slope. The seeper on the roadway near the underground room flows into the coal bunker from the top, in order that mining level (900m) had a disastrous flooding. As the small coal mines mining in cross-border, the surrounding rock of the bunker deformed and mobiled, furthermore, the level stress around the underground room strengthened. In addition, the floor of the roadway was poured with the reinforcing-concrete to make the unloading beam and the floor of roadway to be rigidity. Finally, the reinforcing-concrete floor transfers the level stress and unloading beam titles bend and crack, shaft coal pocket was damaged.According to the site of the actual situation and the existing technology, we combined the analogizing of engineering and the computer numerical simulation to develop a feasible program about Construction Technology. Firstly the governance of the Huashan bottom coal bunker use digging scrap to backfill concrete, secondly unloading in the underground room vertically was drilled on grouting reinforcement, thirdly unloading slope was drilled tightly, grouting filling and reinforcing the space of the unloading slope. On the aspect of deal with the Dabaoding bunker, we use under-cutting and jack, whose roles are decompression and resetting respectively, on the other hand, we attach the measures such as rock bolting and grouting in order to reinforce the unloading underground room and fill the goaf of small coal mine.In the late observation on the management about the Huashan and DaBaoding mine, the project on the regulation meets the design requirements, which has accumulated valuable experience on the aspects such as construction, management, maintenance.
