Along with rapid development of science and technology and huge improvement of the life level, the people have more and more debate whether the electromagnetic wave emit by the electronic equipment will hurt the people health. There is an urgent requirement to have a impartial and actual evaluation of the dosage of the electromagnetic radiation. At the other hand, the FDTD-Method has the excellent performance when it is applied to predict the near-filed distribution with the complicated boundary. At this sense, the author tries to examine the SAR distribution in the human body with the method of FDTD.This paper concludes the rationale and the gist of FDTD on the base of introducing the knowledge of bioelectromagnetics and bioelectromagnetic dosimetry. On the base of discussing the modeling method of human, this paper emphasizes describing the transform process of FDTD geometric and electromagnetic mesh from anatomic images. on the base of analyzing planar inverted-F antenna characteristics, electromagnetic dosimetry absorbed by the head in the radiation near field of handset is emulated and calculated. To emphasize the biological effects due to EM-exposure, the concept of SAR and the national and international exposure standards for EM-exposure are both introduced. Moreover the SAR distribution of the exposed objects is implied with numerical results. As the deeply investigation of the FDTD method and the application in the antenna field, FDTD method has a great role in guiding the design and the fabrication of the antenna which becomes small and integrated.
