With the rapid development of economy, the contradiction between energy shortage and its increasing demand rate is more and more outstanding, which has become the great obstacle to the development of economic development. In this grim situation, energy conservation has become the most effective way to mitigate this contradiction, while the most direct way of energy conservation is to do further study of the thermal insulation material's exploitation and the application. Especially the exploitation of high effective and compound thermal insulation material will be significant. So, the aim of this thesis is to research a new type of inorganic / organic compound thermal insulation material.In the field of thermal insulation material, inorganic thermal insulation material occupy a large proportion, Among them, fiber thermal insulation product has high temperature resistance and small thermal conductivity; Besides, expanded perlite thermal insulation product has rich resources, simple production process, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, maximal yield and most widely application; Among organic thermal insulation material, Polystyrene thermal insulation product has the following properties on account of containing a lot of bubbles: small bulk density,ability of absorbing impact load,good heat insulation and noise insulation properties.Based on the above corresponding good properties of each thermal insulation product, this thesis mainly researches the preparation of both semi-hard and hard thermal insulation product, with brucite fiber and serpentinite fiber as its reinforcing material, with expanded perlite and polyphenyl granule as filler and with aluminum phosphate /Polyacrylamide and water glass as binder. After inspecting, the products'thermal conductivity has achieved desired effect.Through the orthogonal test, this experiment discussed the following factor: the proportion of brucite fiber and serpentinite fiber,the proportion of aluminum phosphate and Polyacrylamide,the proportion of expanded perlite and polyphenyl granule,the proportion of fiber and filler,the effect of drying temperature,the dosage of binder and fiber and the gradation of expanded perlite granule(as aggregate). It also discussed these factors infection to material's thermal conductivity, bulk density and impact resistance. Besides the optimal process steps and test parameters of thermal insulation material's preparation have been obtained.As this thesis has the advantages of simple preparation process and equipments,wide raw material resources,low cost, also because of the product which is a new kind of highly efficient compound thermal insulation material, has the advantages of outstanding thermal insulation effect,good comprehensive properties, therefore the products has wide application foreground and great value of industrial promotion.
