With the rapidly development of the Automobile industry in our country, at the same time, it's increasing of automobile inventory at home, so normal family will have the car in the future. It's the pollution in vehicle that people put increasingly the eyes on this question. But there has no standard of the air pollution and examination method in vehicles, so it will rise on disadvantages to some things, such as passengers'healthy and government work of carrying on smoothly. Meanwhile, it's no evaluation criteria of the air quality that people cannot know the situation when they are driving the vehicles and that they don't deal immediately with this situation, finally, this worse environment does harm to their healthy.For above these questions, firstly I introduce the main kinds of pollution in vehicle, reasons and dangerous in this paper, secondly based on deeply analyses that are influence factors and analytic methods, it puts forward sampling condition and examination method. Then brings forward using 2,4-DNPH dropper—High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC as examination method to formaldehyde in vehicle, and using analytic method of sold phase adsorption, heating coming off and gas chromatography—Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, GC-MC to others Volatile Organic Compounds, VOC.The paper puts forward using formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene , acetaldehyde, TVOC as evaluation factors of pollution degree in vehicle by analyzing the mass of atmosphere rank , the air quality rank in vehicle, pollutant overproofed situation and main pollutant to human body harm situation in vehicle. Then it advances evaluation criteria of each appraisal factor and air quality rank. It appraises the air quality rank in vehicle by revision air quality exponential method, at the same time, it also examines assessment method, this method can assess almost rightly air quality in vehicle.This article gives the reference to thorough research and consummation pollutant examination method in vehicle, and assessment of air quality. and also brings about provision of research foundation for further studies about the air quality appraisal in the vehicle.Finally, there has made the brief summary to this article, analyzed the insufficiency and put forward the proposal.
