On the basis of researching on the application of polyaluminum ferric chloride, We fabricate a kind of macromolecule organic flocculant——PAFC, And made some research on the results of using PAFC for the oil wastewater treatment and dyeing wastewater treatment.After stirring and heating the mixture of AlCl3.6H2O and FeCl3.6H2O with different ratio, then We can get PAFC.The effect of using PAFC(9:1) and PAC for oil wastewater dyeing wastewater treatment are compared . The results show that PAFC(9:1) is better than PAC's. And with regard to the oil wastewater, the remove rate of COD, oil, nitrogen, and SS is 75.4%, 73.1%, 72.9%, 63.1%,respectively; to the dyeing wastewater, the remove rate of COD and chroma is 80.1%, 87%, respectively.According to the results of flocculating experiment, We conclude that the optimum reaction of PAFC(9:1) is that the optimum amount used for the oil wastewater treatment is 75mg/l, that the optimum amount used for the dyeing wastewater treatment is 240mg/l, the range of PH is between 4 and 10,the speed and time of stirring is respectively that the fast stirring speed is 250r/min and the fast stirring time is 2min, the slow stirring speed is 50r/min and the slow stirring time is 5min.So PAFC(9:1) is more economical than PAC and it is more useful and easier to popularize.
