As potential sources of pollution, contaminated sites have brought great risk to public health and ecological security, and the caused harm incident were not uncommon. In recent years, with China's rapid economic development and industrial structure adjustment, the environmental safety issues of relocated or abandoned industrial contaminated sites have attracted wide attention. Therefore, the study on investigate, diagnosis and identification of hazards to contaminated sites will be without delay. At present, the investigation of contaminated sites in the course of the analysis of environmental samples to a single means of detection of chemical-based methods, biological toxicity test in the investigation of contaminated sites was on the few reports. Although the use of chemical detection method can quantitatively analysis of contaminated sites in major components of pollutants, but difficult to direct and comprehensive reflection of various toxic substances, the combined effects on the environment and biological toxicity testing and analysis of physical and chemical means of comparison, is intuitive, objective , history can be integrated and traceability features, to more directly reflect more realistically the objective situation of environmental pollution, which is integrated and authenticity of any chemical monitoring by the incomparable if its combination of chemical analysis tools, more comprehensive, comprehensive understanding of space pollution levels.Through research, the paper established a set of bio-toxicity diagnosis of water body in organic contaminated sites: zebra fish as test specie, semi-static-acute toxicity test, 96 hLC50 and acute toxicity units (Tau) as an evaluation index, diagnosis aquatic ecology and environmental risks of the water body in sites. This paper also choosed two different types of organic contaminated sites as study area to explore the application of the feasibility of diagnostic methods, and combined biological toxicity diagnosis and chemical analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation for the pollution of water body in sites, The conclusions are as follows:Abandoned chemical contaminated sites surface sewage case Study results showed that on pond 1 is of higher bio-toxicity, the situation is more serious pollution, sewage venue of the toxicity diagnosis and evaluations of results of water quality have good consistency. The contaminated site around the river, farmland and farmhouses, and the region, the Taihu Lake basin, the water network clouds, aquaculture and agriculture are more developed, once the sewage was into the river and the surrounding farmland, will seriously threaten the region's aquatic environment and human body Health, and should take immediate measures to deal with certain repair.Abandoned pesticide factory site groundwater case studies show that due to long-term industrial activities, groundwater in the contaminated site have been seriously polluted, Groundwater zebrafish acute toxicity test results and the preliminary risk assessment have good consistency. The priority control pollutants in groundwater were dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloropropane, chloroform and benzene, benzene health risks caused by the most cause for concern. The abandoned pesticide plant will be the next venue as a place of residence, long-term residents in this life will be chlorinated hydrocarbons and benzene exposure led to the long-term health risks and should therefore be in the residential area before the construction of the necessary repair the ground water field. In addition, as a non-aqueous liquid (NAPL), chlorinated hydrocarbons and benzene in the groundwater in the migration easy transmission, if the venue does not take any rehabilitation measures and actions, chlorinated hydrocarbons and benzene as the groundwater will be moved to the venue, Groundwater pollution and environmental damage, and trigger a more serious problem of environmental pollution, which will also be the future site restoration costs significantly increased.Application of zebra fish acute toxicity test for the diagnosis of toxicity, is a rapid, practical and effective way, combined with chemical analysis and evaluation instrument, will make a comprehensive, integrated assessment on venue pollution of surface sewage or groundwater, provide a strong basis for the formulation for the further development of risk assessment and rehabilitation programmes.
