| Steel structure is a structure of green environmental protection eco-type, it is widely used in architectural structures and structure foundations. But fire damage and corrosion was regarded as two large unseen existing hidden troubles in the application of steel structure. Low fire-resistant property and susceptibility to corrosion property cause so many casualties and large economic loss. So it is necessary to take some effective protection measures.At present, it's the most effective, economical, and practical to brush coatings on them directly. But it is usual to treat fireproof and anti-corrosion of steel structure independently. Or rather to say ,it not only need anti-corrosion coating to protect but also need fire retardant coating to fordend, causing great waste. However, this combination of coating also has some disadvantages such as poor bouding performance, the instable quality, low weatherability and durability and so on, so the application scope of the coating was limited.This thesis is based on solving and improving those problems, in order to develop a new super thin fire retardant and anti-corrosion coating of steel structure, which has dual characters :fire resistance and anti-corrosion, and has good adornment performance. Through researching on fire-retardant and corrosion mechanisms, silicone-acrylate resins was selected as based material, cooperate with the fire retardant system of P-C-N, add proper other components such as pigment and filler, rust inhibitor, flow agent, rheological agent and solvent, the coating was obtained by mixture stirring. The author optimized the components of coating through orthogonal experiment design and evaluate them mainly by the bonding strength and refractory limit evaluation indexes. The optimal formula was got, a new super thin fire retardant and anti-corrosion coating of steel structure was obtained at the same time.The results of this experiment shows that binder resin have significant effect on the refractory properties of coating and play a decisive role in bonding strength. The quality of carbonaceous layer has a great influence on refractory property. Construction technology and particle size of solid materials have some influence on refractory property. The function of antirust are remarkably when adding poly-aluminium phosphate.At last, taking the comparative testing with the existing fire retardant coating , it is revealed that the coating have longer flame retardant time, higher bonding strength. Moreover, super thin fire retardant and anti-corrosion coating of steel structure has certain weatherability, durability and corrosion resistence, which is also meet the national standards. |
