The Diosgenin production wastewater which is characterized by high color(10000 times),low pH(pH<1) and high organic concentration(CODCr =20000-60000mg/L) can be hardly treated in a reasonable cost.Most of the Diosgenin manufactures discharge the wastewater directly because there is no totally feasible method of treating it now.This has done great harm to the water and soil environment near the manufactures,The treatment of Diosgenin production wastewater becomes a new difficulty of industrial wastewater treatment.The Diosgenin production wastewater was disposed by white rot fungi and the membrane of chitosan in paper,studied the best conditions for dealing with Diosgenin production wastewater,and studied preparation of the membrane of chitosan.Biodegradation of the refractory organic pollutants by white rot fungi has been widely studied,It degradation of pollutants from intracellular and extracellular composition of the two processes.In the paper,single factor experiments was carried out in order to investigate the influence of diosgenin wastewater concentration,pH and the time of cultivate microbe.The experimental results was good when inflow wastewater(diluted five times,pH 4.5) after cultivate microbe two days,the CODCr removal rate in the sapoin wastewater reaches 85%,and the sugar removal reaches more than 90%.The objective of this thesis is to prepare a kind of ultrafiltration membrane which provides good selectivity and permeation rate,to find out the effect of preparation conditions on the product properties,to study the effect of membrane properties and operating condition on the membrane performance.Ultrafiltration membrane is employed for disposing the Diosgenin production wastewater.The experimental results indicate that mean removal rate of CODcr is over 53.2%,and the color removal rate is over 84%.Compare with membrane operation functions of vary work pressure,the best operation pressure is selected△P=0.02MPa.The combination process can removal the Diosgenin production wastewater color and CODcr very good,This process is feasible,saving investment and easy to manage. It is a new process of utility practicability in the treatment of dioscin wastewater.
