| In the difficulty conditions of nitrogen removal of low-carbon and high-nitrogent landfill leachte, studied on the biological autotrophic ammonium removal in the SBBR reactor, and obtained the approach of rapid building-shortcut nitrification system. The effects of shortcut nitrification by Dissolved Oxygen (DO), ammonia-nitrogen loading rate, biofilm hang density, pH and temperature was systematic studied and obtained the key processing parameters of SBBR reactor. Ultimate NH3-N concentration in shortcut nitrification reactor was discussed. The paper studied the effects of biological autotrophic ammonium removal by NH3-N load and temperature, builded the two-stage SBBR of biological autotrophic ammonium removal and realized high efficiency of autotrophic ammonium removal. The main conclusions are as follows:①Ammonia-nitrogen loading rate, DO, biofilm hang density and pH on the SBBR reactor significant impacted on shortcut nitrification. The best condition parameters showed: under the biofilm hang density was 60%, pH was 8.0, DO was 2.5mg/L, the NH3-N loading rate was 0.9kgNH3-N/(m3·d), the nitrite accumulation rate was 83.1%.②The result of shortcut nitrification in two-stage SBBR reactor indicates that: through the construction of microbial ecosystem which adapt to high ammonia circumstances, the motion in the first stage SBBR was realized in the condition of high ammonia load. Under the temperature of 30℃, the biofilm hang density was 60%, DO was 2.5mg/L and the HRT was 24h, when NH3-N loading rate in the first and the secondary stage SBBR were 1.2 kgNH3-N/(m3·d) and 0.1 kgNH3-N/(m3·d) respectively, can decrease NH3-N from 1200mg/L in influent to11mg/L below in effluent, with 99% removal rate, meeting the primary standard of landfill leachate. Under same load conditions, the short-cut nitrification reactor volume of two-stage SBBR reduces 30% compared to two-stage SBBR nitration system.③The effect of shortcut nitrification by ammonia concentration indicates that: high ammonia concentration significant impacted on shortcut nitrification. Under the conditions of ammonia concentration was 3000 mg/L and FA was 194.39mg/L, the NH3-N removal rate was 56.7%, the nitrite accumulation rate was 91%, and nitrosobacteria showed good activity.④The result of autotrophic ammonium removal in SBBR indicates that: under the temperature was 28℃, biofilm hang density was 60%, DO was 4.55mg/L, HRT was 24h, when NH3-N loading rate in the first and the secondary stage SBBR were 0.82 kgNH3-N/(m3·d) and 0.22 kgNH3-N/(m3·d) respectively, can make the high ammonia concentration landfill leachte in influent which has ammonia concentration was 3300mg/L, BOD5 was 3300mg/L to NH3-N , TN, COD concentration was110.57 mg/L, 434mg/L, 2852mg/L respectively in effluent, and removal rate was 96.6%, 87.4%, 10% respectively.The results of the study, provided new technology for low-carbon and high- nitrogent landfill leachate,and a scientific basis for engineering practice.The research has important practical significance and practical value. |
