With the rapid development of china, ecological environment is facing challenges. There are a number of metallurgical enterprises in the production process dust, raw materials, such as broken, and sintered powder materials during transport, and so on, will inevitably generate dust. According to the June 2005 State Environmental Protection Administration issued the "2004 China's environmental situation bulletin", remains the impact of particulate matter air quality in China's major pollutants. Smoke and dust emissions in 2004 to 10,950,000 tons, industrial dust emissions to 9,048,000 tons. In particular, solid emissions of smart dust, cause a variety of human diseases. This shows that do a good job in collecting, for the protection of human health, increase productivity and reduce production costs, protect the ecological environment has very important significance. Therefore, to speed up China's air pollution control equipment, advanced technology research, development and promotion of urgency.The electric precipitator is the major equipment which the modern industry uses in removing dust, with the State Environmental Protection emissions standards to improve the existing electrical equipment in terms of the size of dust or efficiency can not meet the requirements. At present, imported large-scale and highly efficient electrostatic precipitator expensive. Although the domestic ESP need to introduce cost 1 / 3, but made a large-scale dust removal equipment in its infancy, many technology was not mature. Far from enough to meet demand for metallurgical industry. The above study can improve the efficiency of collecting, in particular the effective collection of dust. At present, the ESP main exists issues in the following aspects:â‘ vibration caused by the second severe dust;â‘¡ESP reasonable enough internal structure, leading to uneven flow;â‘¢collection efficiency is not satisfactory;â‘£of the fine dust Collecting poor results.The light of these,the paper take the Shanxi some power plant 240 square meters electric precipitators as a prototype,using numerical simulation and test simulation two methods to conduct the research to dust remover's major effect factor.First of all, using PRO/E software to build electrostatic precipitator model,(CFX) has carried on many kinds of situation simulations using the computation hydrodynamics software to the electric precipitator interior flow field. Next, according to the optimization plan which obtains builds the test platform, carries on the model experiment, the confirmation numerical calculus result reliability. To inspires hits the installment, carries on the simulation using the finite element software, obtains in the electric precipitator positive plate the acceleration distribution rule, to inspires hits the organization to carry on the optimization design.In this paper, a set of effective solutions for the design of electrostatic precipitator air distribution and vibration.
