With regard to access to a large number of open-systems numerical algorithm and interpolation of literature, on the open-systems numerical control of the status quo and development trends in Review, the combination of secondary vocational technical schools teaching conditions and the actual situation, for developing the open-systems numerical experiment including the experimental system identifying the edge of the font graphics base on GT motion controller and numerical control system in drilling base on GMD motion controller. This article is based on open-the-art digital technology concept, numerical models for professional training and practical conditions of the limitations, development of an open-systems numerical experimental teaching, combination of teaching and learning process, to allow students in the learning process of numerical control system has a clear understanding, to meet the relevant education, training needs, at the same time as the open architecture numerical control system and the establishment of a standardized platform for the realization of some exploration. In the process of developing software, this numerical control system based on Windows 2000 Operating system build the user interface to adopt object-oriented language—Visual C++ and Visual Basic modular programming. And achieving direct control by the use of dynamic link library of GT-400-SV motion control card, in the final verify the feasibility and stability of the experimental system on XY platform. At present, the system has been implemented and used in the training of teaching practice, achieve the target and acquire good results. The whole thesis as follows:In chapter 1, access to a large number of documents and acquaint to the research in exiting situation, put forward the thesis of this research about the experimental research on open NC system based on GT motion controller, and explicit the significance of writing papers and major works.In chapter 2, describe the experimental system of numerical control system hardware, analysis the various modules of the important key technologies, to establish the foundation for the develop the lab system.In chapter 3, study of the two-dimensional numerical control interpolation algorithm experimental system, comparative analysis of several characteristics of the interpolation algorithm, introduced the two-dimensional interpolation of the experimental system development process, comparing the different parameters under the conditions of the results of simulation and verification results.In Chapter 4, research based on the direction of eight graphics edge detection algorithm to identify the structures of the experimental platform, analysis of different parameters of the G fonts code and run the program automatically tracks, analysis of mechanical parts and pattern recognition technology to run track, carried out a numerical simulation experiment to verify.In Chapter 5, GMD has developed a system of numerical control drilling experiment, introduced the experimental system hardware,software and interface work, in the three-dimensional CNC engraving and milling machine processing parts, experimental verification system stability and reliability.In Chapter 6, summarize the main content of the paper, pointing out the application of the open-systems numerical experiment in teaching and training.
