The paper using MSC.Marc analyse the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation on seamless cylinders of necking hot spinning process. The numerical simulation model is established, which use the elastic-plastic finite element method and large deformation - large strain theory,and simplify and effective treat of some key technologies.The numerical results are: the elements size of all stages before and after deformation; the relationship of equivalent plastic strain rate and equivalent stress and residual stress with the different of spinning temperature and ratio of feeding,the relationship of equivalent plastic strain rate and equivalent stress under different spinning temperature and ratio of feeding;the relationship of spinning force with the different of temperature and ratio of feeding.The simulation results consistent with the theoretical analysis.The simulation results provide reliable and reasonable parameters for actual production of seamless cylinders.
