Processing errors of machine and the simulation is an important part of virtual manufac- turing; it of intensive research is of important theoretical value and the application in the futu- re. The profoundly exploring the generation mechanism of the machining error and its simulation has significant theoretical value and promising application future in milling. In the light of the research, the machining error distribution of parts could be forecasted before practical milling, which provide the theoretical proofs for the error compensation and cutting parameters. The dissertation aims to find the influencing factors on the machining error during the numerically controlled machining by analyzing the numerically controlled milling machining of the three-axle linkage theory of the spherical vertical milling knife, so as to lay the foundation of the systematic theory for the effective control of the machining errors. Moreover on the basis of studying the undistorted milling thickness in the milling process, it applies the geometrical analysis to judge the part is milled or not. According to the experienced relationship between the cutting strength and the cutting load, the cutting strength forecasting model for the spherical head milling can be built up and used to the machining error math model. At last, in accordance with the milling machining characteristics, the machining accuracy error influencing factors could be broken down from the knife frame coordinates, main coordinates and technical standard coordinates. By carefully considering the influence of the machine's geometrical (moving) errors, technical system pressure distortion and technical system heat deformation, it includes all the errors into the technical standard coordinates via the changing of the coordinates. Then apply the homogeneous coordinate transform method to build the machining accuracy forecasting model. The built machining accuracy model is open and practical, which has already been applied in the actual numerical milling machining.
