| In this paper, the oxidation and extraction method was systematically studied with the FCC LCO as feed. At first the sulfur with no polarity in the diesel oil was oxidized by the hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid into polar sulfur, and then it was extracted by DMSO. The influence of the operating conditions on the desulphurization and yield of the oil were checked. At last the suitable operating conditions were found out.The content of the aromatic hydrocarbon is up to 40% in the FCC LCO, ,which is good chemical material which has high value. Because some of the sulfur exists in the form of aromatic hydrocarbon, if furfural can decrease the content of the sulfur at the same time of separating the aromatic hydrocarbon, the value of the process will exceed the value of being goods to be sold out and away. So the method of extraction is studied deploringly. Then the method of extraction with the furfural as solvents is studied, through experiments the possibility to separate aromatic hydrocarbon with the furfural as solvents is determined, at the same time the influence of the operating conditions on the desulphurization and yield of the oil are checked. At last the suitable operating conditions are found out.
