Hamburger machine is one of TSANNKUEN Company's best sellers, and its sales quantity and sales price will be determined by its quality. The quality of hamburger machine is dependent on the evenness of toasting plates' temperature distribution and the heating speed. The core to the design of the whole hamburger machine is to distribute the heat quickly and evenly when heated. The hamburger machines produced currently in the company has a weakness of large temperature difference about 15-20 degrees when heating the toasting plate, which leads to a bad performance of the product.Based on the existing shortness in the hamburger machine design, the design process of the hamburger machine has been re-planned to develop a product with better and more integrated performance in this thesis. The main features of this topic include:1. An optimizing design method of hamburger machine science has been acquired through the thermodynamics law in physics, CAE/CAD/CAM techniques and the application of modern design theory, which changes the traditional experience-dependent subjective design method in the long run.2. Standardize the hamburger machine design and the parameter test process.3. Gain the best galvanothermal tube and structure parameter based on the theory design and the experience test.4. A hamburger machine developed is featured of even heat distribution, fast heating and being safe, and the temperature difference of the toasting plate will not exceed 10 degrees. Currently this hamburger machines has been put into the market with good sales revenues and economic and social benefits.This article consists of 6 chapters: chapter 1 is a brief introduction of hamburger machine and the development of its design method, the proposal to optimize the hamburger machine design method. Chapter 2 is to introduce the basic structure and function of the hamburger machine, and to establish the design process and test criterion. In chapter 3, based on the thermodynamics and the application of diffusing differential equation, the rule of toasting plate's temperature distribution has been acquired. Chapter 4 is about the related conclusion from the comparison among the temperature distribution status during heating after modeling and analysis with ANSYS software. In chapter 5, the main data of the plate temperature distribution status has been measured with application of PRO/ENGIEER software to design the whole hamburger machine and the spare parts, and a model has been produced for assemble and test after the design. And the data will be compared and validated with the finite element analysis result. Chapter 6 is a conclusion of the study and some necessary explanations of the pending issues, which will serve as a guideline for future research.
