The corrosion wear problem of dip-roll sleeve in hot-dip galvanizing industry has not been solved, and it is working in a severe rugged enviroment that is sliding corrosion wear with high stress. There is a corrosion wear equipment designed by ourselves to simulate the enviroment which the dip-roll sleeve works in. The materials with some different better nature are selected by dealing with the sleeve's componet in orthogonal method. And then to find out the synthesis sample and the abrasion mechanics, some experiments have been done.First of all, a orthogonal experiments with five factors and four levels was designed, and sixteen kinds of samples were got, which would be tested the corrosion nature, ductility, and hardness. The datas were treated in a orthogonal way, and there were four further samples with better hardness, better ductility, better corrosion nature and better synthesis nature. And doing the wear experiment in the air and the corrosion wear experiment in the molten zinc with the four samples with better natures, and meanwhile to make the corrosion wear machanics clear, the replaced alloy of W-Mo alloy was done with the same experiments too.Dealing with the datas, the synthesis sample's fiction coefficient is the leatest one and the hardness's is the second one. The corrosion wear machanics includes grinding abrasion, plastic deformation, brittle fracture and abscission. The ratio of corrosive products'microhardness and basal body's is the key factor to make the materials woren out with corrosion wear, and the ratio is less, the nature of the corrosion wear resistance is better.Wear plays the more important role in the corrosion wear course, and the amount of wear is 80~90 percent in the total amounts.It is proved that the effect of greasing and depressing adhesion wear making by melted zinc, through comparing with the parameters of wear and corrosion wear in the melted zinc.
