| The synthesis and assembly of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) with open architectures or porous structures from small molecular building blocks have attracted high concern for some years and are still of considerable interests.Mixed-linker systems composed of both dicarboxylate and pyridyl ligand have always used for the preparation of novel coordination polymers,which are a kind of high functional compounds with outstanding optical,electric and magnetic properties,carboxyl derive ligands of terpyridine,bipyridine and pyridine are such a polydentate ligand and is expected to produce new cluster topologies by virtue of its coordinative flexibility.In this paper,two carboxyl derivative ligands and eight metal complexes were synthesized.the ligand of 2,2':6',2"-terpyridine-4'-carboxylic acid(Hctpy) were designed and synthesized.It was characterized by elemental analyses,UV-Vis,infrared spectrum,four novel complexes of Hctpy with lanthanide nitrates[Ln2(ctpy)6]n(Ln=Sm(Ⅲ),Eu(Ⅲ), Tb(Ⅲ),Dy(Ⅲ)) were synthesized by hydrothermal method,and The complexes of Sm(Ⅲ), Eu(Ⅲ) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods.The structure of them are similar and showed in 2-D planar structures.The 2-D planar structure is reported for the first time.the ligand of 2,2'-dipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid(bpdc) were designed and synthesized.It was characterized by elemental analyses,UV-Vis,infrared spectrum,two novel complexes of bpdc with transitional metal[Zn(bpdc)(H2O)3]·3H2O and [Mn(bpdc)(H2O)4]·3H2O were synthesized by diffuse method.They are connected to 2-D and 3-D supramolecular structure by H-bonds respectively.two novel complexes of Ln(Ⅲ) with pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid(2,5-pydc) and pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid(2,6-pydc)[Gd2(2,5-pydc)3(H2O)2]n and [Sm(2,6-pydc)3]·2NH2(CH3)2·CH3OH were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The prior is a 3-D net structure complex,and the posterior are connected to 2-D supramolecular structure by H-bonds. |
