In this paper,Procyanidins from Grape Seed,Catechins and Pericarpium Citri Preticulatae are used as the materials for experiment.At first,the technology of segregation and purification of Flavonoids from Pericarpium Citri Preticulatae is reviewed.The second,systemic study of the ability of scavenging OH Free Radical and Anthracene of Procyanidins from Grape Seed,Catechins and Flavonoids before and after purification is carried out.the three substances and their combination of solid clearance of phase on cigarettes radical was inspected.The results were as follows:1.It is feasible to gain purified Flavonoids from Pericarpium Citri Preticulatae by second leaching with YWD-06C resin.The best technology is:first,column extract product of Pericarpium Citri Preticulatae(PH value 3,density1.25g/L) and leach with water of PH value 4(15times of the mass of dry resin).Then,leach with ethyl acetate (8 times of the mass of dry resin),and finally elute with the velocity of 1.25mL/min (the mass of eluant is 8 times of the mass of dry resin).YWD-06C resin can be used repeatedly for three times in this technology.The half eliminate of Anthracene is 0.80 g/L and 0.070 g/L.The half eliminate of·OH Free Radical is 0.61 g/L,0.190g/L.2.Proanthocyanidins,Catechins and Flavonoids have a good eliminate effect of·OH Free Radical and Anthracene.When the system reaction temperatures is 30℃,50℃and 70℃,to flavonoids is180ms,90ms and 40ms;to proanthocyanidins is 120ms,60ms and 40ms;to Catechins is 70ms.The eliminate of Anthracene is fast with short reaction time span.3.With temperature rise,the eliminate of·OH Free Radical by Flavonoids and Proanthocyanidins become more effective while the Catechins remains the same.At 30℃,the IC50 value of·OH Free Radical is 0.296g/L,0.175g/L and 0.105g/L.At 50℃is 0.220 g/L,0.109g/L and 0.105g/L.At 70℃is 0.170 g/L,0.045g/L and 0.105g/L.4.The eliminate of Anthracene by Proanthocyanidins,Catechins and Flavonoids is not raised with temperature rise.The eliminate effects of Anthracene by these three range as:Flavonoids>Procyanidins>Catechins.The IC50 values are 0.104 g/L, 0.912g/L and 0.225g/L.5.If Proanthocyanidins,Catechins and Flavonoids are mixed to scavenge·OH and Anthracene,the eliminate effect of·OH is the best with the proportion of 1:2:2 while the eliminate effect of·OH is the best with the proportion of 2:1:1.But the synergy effect of the composite is not obvious.6.Proanthocyanidins,Catechins and Flavonoids have good eliminate effect of Particulate-phase Free Radical in tobacco.And the eliminate effect is better with increasing concertration.The eliminate effects by these three range as:Flavonoids> Procyanidins> Catechins.7.Proanthocyanidins,Catechins and Flavonoids are mixed to eliminate Particulate-phase Free Radicals in tobacco,the eliminate effect is the best with the proportion of 2:1:1.But the synergy effect of the composite is not obvious.
