Dye is a typical chemical product, the chroma and CODcr is very high, and with complex components, a large number of wastewater, toxic and hardly biodegradable, it is the industrial wastewater that is very difficult to treat with traditional biochemical, physical-chemical approach economically. Printing and dyeing wastewater contain a large number of organic pollutants, discharged into the water body will consume dissolved oxygen, damage to the ecological balance of water, endangering fish and other aquatic organisms. The organic material immersion in the bottom of water will be generated H2S and other harmful gases by anaerobic decomposition, deteriorating of the environment. The deep color of printing and dyeing wastewater will seriously affect the appearance of the receiving water. Colored body of water also affects the transmission of sunlight, is not conducive to the growth of aquatic organisms.Act as a Fenton advanced oxidation technologies (AOTs), it is rapid, non-toxic, simple operation, no secondary pollution, the high removal rate of pollutants, To use its super-oxidation degradation of the material it is easy to achieve the depth of oxidation, it has a broad prospect. In this paper, on the Reactive Black K-BR, Direct Black and Acid dyes Sulfurated Tartrazine and oxidation of wastewater degradation studies, Determined the best operating conditions by orthogonal test reagents Fenton degradation of dye wastewater. The amount of H2O2 for 1.2Qth,H2O2: Fe2+ = 15:1, the initial reaction of pH 3.0, 40min reaction time for Fenton reaction system is the best operating conditions. Under these conditions, to simulate the printing and dyeing wastewater COD removal, color removal, as well as the effectiveness of dye removal was relatively satisfactory, it is 86.93%, 97.78% and 99.79%. Through the changes of COD content of wastewater to study the H2O2 and Fe2+ dosage, reaction time, pH, adding method of H2O2, etc, about treatment effects of the dye wastewater in adding the main operating conditions. Fenton is good to the actual dyeing wastewater, and combined with other methods is to achieve an important way to its industrialization.Analysis of test results through the Fenton mechanism, the role that the dye degradation process mainly through the iron forms of the complex.
