As the largest textile exporter in the world,textile is an important traditional pillar industry of China.The persistent and steady growth of textile export plays an indispensable role in the assurance of China foreign exchange reserves,balance of payments,stabilization of RMB exchange rate,solving unemployment and the consistent development of textile industry. However,there are many minute soot and black carbon in the air because of the serious air pollution.Due to film existing in dust and water droplets,the range of dust which the size of soot between 0.03μm~0.6μm and black carbon between 0.01μm~0.2μm is difficult to wash out to use spilled water in Air-conditioned room.The dust is too small to filter from conventional methods.At present,the area of textile mill and economic capacity is generally limited,the above merhods are not feasible.Therefore,so far it had not found one very good method to prevent foggy yarn..In spinning department,spinning machine bobbin yarn revolve more than 12000 rpm. Bobbin yarn revolving in high speed causes surrounding air revolving to produce the vortex,the vortex has the strong induction to the air around bobbin yarn,a number of particles in the air move to bobbin yarn.In the textile production,the air and the high speed revolving bobbin yarn rubs mutually produce the static electricity,and the force of static electricity is especially obvious under the small distance.These particles may be absorbed to the surface of the revolving bobbin yarn in the spinning department.When their coverage areas attains to a certain degree, the foggy yarn occurs,which will make a negative affect on the quality of the yarn,and bring huge economic losses to the cotton mill.According to depth study of foggy yarn,found that air flow around bobbin yarn is the important reason that foggy yarn occurs.So the traditional air conditioning in spinning department can't resolve the problem of foggy yarn in a sense.This topic will research the way of sending clean air to bobbin yarn to prevent foggy yarn,the clean air will change air flow around bobbin yarn to make bobbin yarn on clean air.The particle can't get close to bobbin yarn and the static electricity force can be weakened,then foggy yarn will be avoided.These studies and results will be provide a theoretical basis for improvement of air supply in spinning machine and techniques of foggy yarn prevention.
