Moreover, the effects of the ratio of starting materials and volume of solvent on the morphology and microstructure of the CuS nanotubes were investigated. And the formation mechanism of the products was discussed. Results show that the size and morphology of the hollow micro/nanospheres and nanotubes of CuS are highly dependent on the concentration and molar ratio of the reactants. At the same time, the products had good catalytic activity.2.Synthesis of CuS Nanorods by Hydrothermal Method and CharacterizationCopper-sulfide nanorods were synthesized at 180℃by hydrothermal method using CuSO4 ? 5H2O and P2S5 as the reactants. The products were characterized by means of TEM and XRD.The effect of reaction conditions on the morphologies of the products was investigated. Results indicate that reaction temperature had little effect on the morphology of the product. The variation of the morphology of the product was mainly attributed to the use or not of surfactant and the variation of molar ratio of the reactants. 3.Preparation and Characterization of Silver Sulfide NanoparticlesDi-octadecyl dithiophosphate(DDP),ammonia, and silver nitrate were used as the raw materials to prepare silver/ammonium DDP precursor. The resulting precursor was pyrolyzed in an autoclave in the absence of any solvents, allowing the generation of spherical and tetragonal Ag2S nanoparticles. The effect of reaction condition on the morphology of the products was investigated, while the microstructure and performance of the products were characterized by means of XRD,TEM,and FS.Results show that the morphologies of the Ag2S nanoparticles can be controlled by properly adjusting the pressure and heating rate. And Ag2S nanoparticles have good fluorescence property. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Copper sulfide, Silver sulfide, Micro-and nano-structures, Fluorescence | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
