China is one of the countries which are most vulnerable to geologic hazard. Rockfall, landslide, debris flow, surface collapse, land subsidence, ground fissure etc. are also developed very well. The direct economic loss resulted in by geologic hazard in every year is about 10 billion yuan, with more than 1000 people dead. In recent years the geologic hazard caused by human activity presents the fast growth the tendency. The country has invested a large sum of money on a series of prevention and monitoring projects for geologic hazard, however, there are some weakness links or even blanks in the research of evolution trend and tracking. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the regular tracking and monitor to hazard gestation, launch, burst, prevention aftereffect and development.On the basis of the chain-styled theory of the disaster, the text discusses briefly chain-styled mechanism of the development, burst, continued character and staged character. The idea and method in tins paper can be taken as a reference for the construction of the dynamic tracking. From the system's point of view, this text introduces that the theory and function of subsystems, and amplifies the process of construction about the dynamic tracking of geologic disaster.At the same time, this article attempts to discuss the issue of setting parameters from the chain-styled theory. According to staged character of disaster, author designs the flow of work which relating to gestation stage, cracked and slidable stage, breaking stage. This article classifies the influencing factors by further mathematical analysis of chain-styled relation of the disaster: environmental factors, characteristic parameter and staged characteristic, and sets the parameters.Finally, this article sets the engineering parameters, environmental parameters and economic parameters for the effect tracking, thereby all the parameters compose the data organization. And author expands the system in visual technology and multiple disasters. It is very useful for practical application.
