The regular milk of Sonid Bactrian camel fresh milk samples from 6 nomadic female camels were collected (3 to 6months,PP). The main results were as follows: The average contents of gross composition were4.02%~4.58% protein, 4.51%~5.00% fat,4.59%~4.90% lactose, 14.096%~14.372% total solids and 0.797%~0.832% ash for regular milk, respectively. The contents of Ca, K, Zn and Fe were 1179.56~185.37,101.77~140.20,0.67~1.01 and 0.24~0.46㎎/100g, respectively. The mean values of vitamins A,B1,B2,C and E were128.6~174.2 IU/100g,0.29~0.37,0.15~0.24,0.19~0.36 and 0.037~0.057 mg/100g respectively.The contents of fatty acid for Sonid Bactrian camel milk were0.94%C12:0,12.53%C14:0,1.42%C15:0,28.95%C16:0,15.64%C18:0,24.71%C18:1,2.16%C18:2 and 2.91% C18:3, respectively. The predominant saturated fatty acids were C14:0, C16:0 , and C18:0, whereas, polyunsaturated fatty acids mainly was C18:1 in Sonid camels milk fat. The better effect on inhibiting the mice tumor were abtained by feeding different dose camel milk. The maximal inhibitory rat of tumor were 40.98% by feeding low dose camel milk. The spleen index and thymus index of tumor-bearing mice were most significantly increased by feeding low dose camel milk and the values were 13.56 and 3.75,respectively. The Peyer's Patches integral of small intestine was most significantly increased by feeding low dose camel milk and the value was 9.56. The number of sIgA+ in small intestinal mucosa was most significantly increased by feeding high dose camel milk and the value was 27.60. The number of CD3+ in small intestinal mucosa were most significantly increased by feeding high and low dose camel milk and the value were27.66 and 27.26,respectively. The phagocytosis rate of macrophages and phagocytic index of tumor-bearing mice were significantly increased by feeding low dose camel milk and the values were 45.26% and 4.51,respectively.
