Along with the exploit and utilization mining resources,high-grade ores with high value are speedily decreasing.Meanwhile,requirements for mining resources are increasing.Therefore,people consider reclaiming mining resources of lean ores,thin ores and mixed ores,which actuality challenge the current mineral processing techniques.Grinding is one of the most crucial between the preceding and the following in mineral processing.Hydro-cyclone is one of the most important classification equipments in mineral processing,whose classification capability and efficiency directly affect the quality of production and operating efficiency of mining resources.Ore pulp level for Hydro-cyclone is one of the important process parameters,which is impact of the pressure to Hydro-cyclone.Pumping speed immediate influence the quantity of mineral to Hydro-cyclone and the cyclone classification efficiency.It is conducive not only to grinding operations,but also creates favorable conditions for flotation operation,that ore pulp level must be controlled in an appropriate range.Based on this,the article put forward a program Hydro-cyclone control system self-regulation through technique of frequency,which has control motor speed.This can solve the pulp fluid position fierce change to cause pump's volume of goods handled change,so that the cyclone job classification effect reduces.The mathematic model of control object and actuating element which based on experiment data is identified by using the system identify toolbox of MATLAB.The integral factor is introduced into the fuzzy control algorithm to eliminate steady state deviation.The simulation result in the MATLAB simulation experiment,which is no overshoot and static error.Besides,the anti-jamming ability and robustness is well.The system can maintain the over-fall pressure of the hydro-cyclone steady,and can meet the needs of production.Besides,the system with technique of frequency control of motor speed has good energy saving property.
