The tube with minor bend radius are used widely in commercial run and daily life. The workpieces of this type are propitious to save assembly space and material. Experiential method is used mostly in practice mould design. We can not forecast the problem what may happened in production by this method. It raise the production cycle of die, and products'quality are unsteadiness.Based on the automobile's oil conveying pipe found finite element mould. Simulate the forming process of product by deform software. Validate the mould's authenticity and dependability. Establish several mould with different conditions, such as chang the wall thickness, different bending radius and mandril. Analyse the result of every mould and compare the product quality.In condition of no mandril, bending radius and external diameter are stead. The ellipticity in bending area and distortion in oral part are grave. Forming property become better while wall thickness is incrassate. When thickness is more than 5mm, the wall thickness reduction rate is less than 15%. It's likely to be used in industry. It should be use mandril while the wall thickness is less than 5mm.In condition of with no mandril, external diameter and wall thickness are stead. Forming property become better while bending radius is augment. When bending radius is more than 50m, wall thickness reduction rate is less than 15%.The work will be produced. It should be use mandril while the bending radius is less than 50mm.The product effect will advanced by appended crescent mandril. The ellipticity is 2.8%, wall thickness reduction is 8.5%.It is arrival the production require basically.The ball is full of the work's inner when ball mandril is used. The change of wall thickness and work inosculate become very well. The wall thickness reduction is 2.4%, and ellipticity is 6.8%. It is lower than 15% and 8%, which is required in industry.The assignment is only research pipe push-bend in theories. The result of research is in primary phase, need further research and generalize.
