| With the fast development of current technology,the serve conditions of materials become more and more rigorous. Once invalidation appear,it will not only lead to great economic loss,but also maybe contaminate environment,cause disaster and create social problems. So engineering application bring forward higher standard in inspect ing and forecasting technique of the serve performance data of materials.in consideration of the calendar characteristic of frequently-used serve performances including corrosion, abrasion and others,we scientifically analyse and investigate the original data of the serve performance data of materials by the technology of the grey theory,the Chaos theory,weight analyse and computer technology.form models though these data,find the develop law of the serve performance data of materials,and forecast the change of the serve performance data of materials.The models we select base on the technology of MATLAB language, we analyse and test the original data of the Weightlessness of the 304 stainless steel by using the model of the grey theory,and the original data of the Weightlessness in the industrial air from Horton by using the model of the Chaos theory, forecast the future corrosion data and provide scientific advice for experimental investigation and engineering application of the corrosion. The result of consistence examination showed the result of model calculation is very close to the measured data, and that further forecast on the serve performance of materialss could possibly be made by these models, the model of grey theory and the model of the Chaos theory are reasonable and precise,and they are effective methods of Analysis and Forecasting the serve performance data of materials can be recommended as a new method of serve performance data prediction.Though our works, Regard MATLAB as development platform,using MDI (multi documents interface) form design style, establishing an interface mixed in static state and dynamic state, a serve performance data of materials forecasting system for engineering materials was developed. The system includ pretreatment module,predict module(includ the model of grey theory and the model of the Chaos theory),help module and other modules.the system can serve stably and basically satisfy the demand of users in serve performance data of materials prediction, which is highly useful in practice. |
