| In this research,on the basis of water-receptive structure of cellulose,through the graft copolymerization,two kinds of multiplex super absorbent polymers(SAP):CMC-AA,AM SAP and CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP are synthesized.During the research,the design of molecule is done.Superior condition of orthogonal design experiment is studied.Technic of synthesis of CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP is mainly researched.The properties of two kinds of resins are compared simply.The properties of CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP are mainly tested.The relation of the structure and properties is also analised.Superior condition of synthesis of CMC-AA,AM SAP:charging capacity of CMC is 1g,charging capacity of AA is 4g,the ratio of quality of AA/AM is 1:1,cross-linking agent:0.025g,initiator:0.02g, neutralization ratio of AA is 60%,the temperature:60℃,the hour:4h.Superior condition of orthogonal design experiment of CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP:charging capacity of AA,AM,BMA:4.5g,2g,1.5g,initiator:0.01g,cross-linking agent:0.012g,pH of counteracted AA is 7,the temperature:60℃, the hour:4h.The capability of CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP is better than CMC-AA,AM SAP.The results of property-tests of CMC-AA,AM,BMA SAP:Absorbency of distilled water:775g/g. Absorbency of SAP is better when particle diameter is between 80 and 120.Water retention of resin is good under natural condition and when heated and pressed.At 25℃,60℃and 100℃,in initial 20 minutes,waterabsorbing speed of resin is faster,and at 25℃,the time of reaching the saturated water regain is shortest.Absorbency of SAP is decreased because of the density of salt,and absorbency is best when pH is 7.Absorbency and water retention capability of resin are good at 30℃~80℃,so resin can be used at high temperature.Reusability of resin is also good.The innovation of the research lies in that,besides acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM),butyl methacrylate(BMA)is chosen in the reaction.Ionic group carboxylic acid group and nonionic groups hydroxide group,acylamino group and ester group all consist in SAP product.Good capability of application of SAP is showed through the mutual cooperative action of different kinds of hydrophilic groups.Because of the properties of BMA,the intensity of resin is increased and the life-span of use is prolonged,and good reusability and water retention capability under pressure are showed. |
