The Simulation Design Research Of Electro-Precipitator Using On CFB Boiler

On the basis of analyzing the feasibility and practicability of electro-precipitator using on CFB boiler,some data have been collected about fume of 300MW CFB boiler and electro-precipitator has been studied.After that a series of mathematical simulation models have been established.On the basis of these models,the main technical parameters of EP have been selected and calculated and the central components have been designed and assembled.The design of an electro-precipitator has been accomplished for 300MW CFB boiler.Making use of CAD, some images have been drew.The dissertation has combined the process of design with computer software and has developed simulation software of EP.The software has been finally compiled to an application software package which can be installed in computer.It can run independently in Windows and has strong function,which can greatly reduce the workload of concerned designers.Basically the study of dissertation has met the expected design requirements.
