The main minable seam of DuErPing Coalmine of Xishan coal electricity group company is low to medium ash content lean and high sulfur meagre coal,â…¡identified level of spontaneous combustion. With the increase of mining depth and level, the soope of mined-out goaf is more and more greater. In this area the residual coal has condition of the oxidation of heat, and accompanied with the gas accumulation. Reach a certain condition, can break out of fire and be to bring about gas explosion. It is a serious threat of mine safety.Through the spontaneous combustion process of evolution, Study the spontaneous combustion gas product release, Oxidation thermodynamic properties and Oxidation dynamic characteristics. Analyzed the symbol of gases of coal spontaneous combustion and the Temperature distribution in different stages, tested coal spontaneous combustion of critical oxygen concentration, determined the coal spontaneous combustion gas index sign, established the coal spontaneous combustion rule on the Permo-carboniferous system coal measures in xishan orefield .Through the site layout gas sample strap tube acquisition system and temperature gathering system, observe the property of Mined-out leakage and the different kinds of gas distribution characteristics of fire. Establish goaf spontaneous risk evaluation and forecasting methods,and combining the working surface mining process can determine the minimum safety propulsion. In combination with the actual production of mine, break through the previous single CO index , propose the forward coal spontaneous combustion early forecast the applicability of the technical scheme.By combining theory with practice, construct the mathematical model of 68214 coal goaf flow field and take the numerical simulation. Using CFD simulation software of COMSOL Multiphysics, coupled simulation calculation. Taking the detailed illustrations intuitive reveals the spontaneous combustion of coal goaf development process, In goaf spontaneous combustion hazard research field exploration and development the new research methods.
