The paper is on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characteristics and main influential factors of overburden failure in the full mechanized coal caving working face, and as use of the especial geological condisons of the research zone(qidong coal mine),investigate the rule of overburden failure which has developed much lengthways cranny under the high hydraulic pressure .Having installed the mathematics model, conjecture the expressions of the rock intensity with high hydraulic pressure.In terms of geology and mining condition of the research zone,simulating the displacement fileds, the stress fields and the failure fields with FLAC3D in different mining longness. The finally distribution configuration of water conducted zone is similar "saddle"with high in amphi and low in middle,which mechanism is analyzed. As use of bringing differents hudraulic pressure to bear on the coal stratum,simulate the differents statuses with differents hudraulic pressure,and provide pledge for the coal mining under the high hydraulic pressure.
