The wastewater sludge that emissions to the water plant yearly in our country reaches to 15 billion cubic meters,and in Jilin Province reaches to 35 million cubic meters.To this part of sewage sludge disposal always directly discharges sewage or mixed into the sewage treatment plant after discharging,or the other way is to use.The former method is not only a waste of a great deal of water resources,but also caused environmental pollution;latter method will lead to some pollutants(microbiological and chemical substances) of the accumulated problems,these pollutants may exceed the capacity that the water plant can handle,deteriorate the water quality,thus affecting people's health.The water recycling problem of water plant sludge has become an important research topic in the field of water treatment.This paper takes examples as the Changchun ranked third muddy water purification plants to study their use of membrane separation technology for recycling technology research. The inspection module effect,operating characteristics,such as the differences in energy consumption to determine the type of work for the module;inspection module of the plug; study determining the best treatment system operating parameter;research and establish the cleaning methods of film Parts.The results show that submerged hollow fiber membrane of colloidal and suspended particles are ideal interception effects,film and the suspended particles colloid retention rate more than 99 percent of the membrane of iron removal Obviously,the treatment of effluents from more than basic iron content<0.05 mg/l,while the largest iron content of 0.08 mg/l, far less than drinking water quality standards;film of organic molecules removal is not obvious,and because shorter aeration and nitrification,which filter water after water Ammonia content increases,submerged hollow fiber membrane treatment sludge sedimentation tanks normal,water bacteria is more stable and consistent with the basic quality of drinking water standards;submerged hollow fiber membrane treatment must use chemicals to be counter-current to the surface cleaning,Chemical cleaning flux will return to the basic test at the beginning of the flux,recovery rate of 99%.The process has a better effect.Process optimization parameters - the water treatment flow:1.4-2 m3/h,flux:28-40 L/m2d,fan frequency:26.68-30 Hz,intermittent operation:suction pumps run 30 minutes,stopped 30 sec, the backwash cycle:30 minutes,chemical cleaning cycle:2-3 month,the form of components: two-tier or three-tier,the moisture content of sludge<98%,water recovery rate of 90 percent or more. |
