Along with the exacerbation of water eutrophication and environment quality getting worse,the traditional biological nitrogen removal process can't satisfy the requirements of sustainable development. Anaerobic ammonia oxidation(ANAMMOX) is a new biotechnology denitrification.Under anoxic conditions NH4+ and NO2- are used to product N2.The process will not only save the size of the reactor and reagents,but also lower sludge production and consumption.Simultaneously,NH4+-N and NO2-N can be removed.Therefore,anaerobic nitrogen oxide is a promising biological nitrogen removal process.Studing on the non- membrane reactor and membrane reactor about bacteria denitrification and the feasibility of the UASB-anaerobic oxidation of nitrogen removaling phosphorus indicates:(1) The non- membrane reactor runs 533 days and ultimately achieves the desired effect of nitrogen.Test results show that temperature,substrate concentration,volume load and hydraulic retention time affect the non-membrane reactor's stablilty and efficiency,and organic matter shows obvious inhibition to the membrane reactor.(2) Analyzing the impact factors of biofilm reactor,the test founds that temperature,substrate concentration,volume load and hydraulic retention time have a less impact on the NH4+-N,NO2--N removal rate.In the same temperature,the removal rate of NH4+-N,NO2--N can gradually restore to about 80%in the the non-membrane reactor;and in a stable stage,improve the biofilm reactor's substrate concentration,reactor would be able to maintain high removal rate.Volume load and hydraulic retention time's change have a little effect.(3) From the start-up time and the nitrogen removal efficiency,to the affordability of low temperature and on the volume of load bearing capacity,the have the outstanding advantages in faster start-up time,higher denitrification efficiency,better stability and greater impact resistance capacity than non- membrane reactor.(4) Through the flora culture experiments,test results show that there is a mixed system of bacteria including nitrite bacteria,nitrate bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria.After otraining more than one year,those floras are used to removal Phosphorus experiments. The results indicate the reactor can remove phosphates to a certain extent. (5) Using activated sludge starting UASB-anammox bioreactors have no problem,adding organic matter can achieve Value-added bacteria.Anammox process not only can effectively remove the nitrogen contaminants in wastewater,but also can reduce sludge production,which has a very good economic,social and environmental benefits.
