In this thesis,4-amino-3,5-dinitropyridine,2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine,2,6-diamino -3,5-dinitropyridine-N-oxide and 4-nitropyridine were reacted with KMnO4,NH3 and KMnO4,NH3/DMSO·H2O amination agents.The temperatures of reaction,materials ratio, mixing methods,the types of solvents and the concentration of aqueous ammonia etc on the yields of target compounds were investigated in the recation of oxidative amination.The feasible conditions of above synthetic process were also discussed.The method of this reaction was moderate and convenient operation;the materials were cheap and easily gained; the reaction resulted in good yields;especialy the reaction process was safe and it had the potential application in the chemical synthesis.2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine,2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-N-oxide and 4-amino-3,5-dinitropyridine were aminated by Vicarious Nucleophilic Substitution of hydrogen too. After improvement of Vicarious Nucleophilic Substitution of hydrogen,the yields of 2,4,6-triamino-3,5-dinitropyridine and 2,4,6-triamino-3,5-dinitropyridine-N-oxide were increased.The advantages of oxidative amination reaction were discussed by the comparison of oxidative amination reaction and Vicarious Nucleophilic Substitution of hydrogen amination reaction.The structures of the products were characterized by 1H NMR and MS.
