The short of water resource and the feasibility of wastewater reclaiming make the water reclamation be put on the agenda. In present, general treatment of water reclamation can not satisfy some high quality requirement of water, because there are more and more environmental hormone hardly be removed from water get in the environment people live in, which imperil people's healthy seriously. So it's necessary to develop the water treatment technology which can remove environmental hormone from water. Compared with traditional wastewater treatment technology, biodegradation is a simple and effective wastewater treatment technology to remove the environmental hormone from water, and can remove DEHP from water effectively either. This paper separate 3 bacterias by domesticated active solid which came from a wastewater treatment plant in Beijing. These bactrias can live with DEHP as the only carbon resource in aerobic condition. We do some research in biodegradating DEHP in concentration 10mg?L-1 with these bacterias, in order to find out some rules about biodegradation of DEHP in the practical wastewater treatment. We test the effect of biodegradating DEHP with bacteria RY in different pH, different bacteria concentration, different DEHP concentration and different time. The conclusion is that, the best pH is about 6.0; and when the rate between DEHP concentration and bacteria concentration in a suitable range, we have the best biodegradation effect; the DEHP biodegradation process is accord with index relationship, and its half life is about 10h, after 36h ,it will remove 99% DEHP.Make the bacteria RY live in the biological aerated filte, and do some research in the rule of remove DEHP by biological aerated filter, in order to find out the effectical mothed of removing DEHP by biological aerated filter in practical project. We test the DEHP biodegradation effect in different pH, and find that when the DEHP concentration less than 100μg/L in infall, the best pH is 6.0, and in this condition it can remove 99% concentration. In the other hand, when we control the pH below 7.0, we can remove DEHP and COD effect efficiently in the same time.
