In this paper,the high-sulfur and high-arsenic refractory gold concentrate ores from Sanmenxia in Henan province have been used as raw materials,nitric acid oxidation gold concentrate prepared by ferrous liquid,then extraction and stripping,iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared from homogeneous precipitation reaction.By chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,ICP-AES spectrometer,LV scanning electron microscope and X-ray spectrometer,and other means of testing for raw materials and products were characterized.Research on the conditions on the extraction rate of extraction of iron,as well as the preparation conditions on the yield of iron and iron oxide nano-nature,and the entire preparation process analysis.To nitric acid oxidation of liquid as raw materials,MIBK-TBP mixed extraction system for extraction agent,researching the extraction process of Fe3+ impact on the rate of extraction of the main factors.The composition of extraction come to HFeCl4·3TBP-MIBK through researching the mechanism of TBP-MIBK mixed system from hydrochloric acid co-extraction of iron.Orthogonal experiment show that, Fe3+ extraction rate of significant factors in order are:the ratio of oil to water,the concentration of hydrochloric acid,liquid Fe3+ concentration,the extraction time.The results show that the initial concentration of liquid 18.09g/L,the concentration of hydrochloric acid 6.14mol/L,with an organic component of TBP:MIBK=7:3, compared to 1:1 conditions,the rate of extraction of iron 99.32%,More than stripping liquid iron in less than 0.1 g/L.Distilled water to stripping,iron 17.97 g/L in the organic phase compared to 1:2,the iron was essentially complete stripping.Extraction solution before and after the ICP-AES analysis indicates that the total extraction rate of less than 1%on Ca2+,Mg2+,Si4+,Al3+,Cu2+,Pb2+,Mn2+.The extraction of As Rate is higher,1%of the use of ammonia to adjust pH value of 2, most of the arsenic removal,but also in the process of calcined iron oxide,arsenic removal is also highly volatile.To extract purified with Fe3+ liquid as raw materials,the CO(NH2)2 generate ammonia bydecomposition,with Fe3+ to form FeOOH precipitation.Through the use of orthogonal experiment to study the initial liquid iron concentration,reaction time and temperature,the material on such factors as the ratio of iron extraction rate. Orthogonal experimental results show that:in selected experimental level,the reaction time of Iron yield the greatest impact,the ratio,followed by the reaction temperature,the initial impact of the minimum concentration of liquid.To consider the various factors on a single yield of iron,prepared by homogeneous precipitation of nano iron oxide iron optimal conditions are as follows:the initial Fe3+ concentration of 0.25mol/L,reaction time of 4h,reaction temperature of 90℃,materials ratio of 4:1.Iron yield up to 92.21%.Using of alcohol plus water to wash,filtering through the low-ray products.In order to reducing the reunion,Drying 1h and 100℃.Calcination of 300℃and 3h,the good performance of the product distributed.Through X-ray analysis of the surface scan and X-ray diffraction,samples of iron oxide content reach 92.56%,showing prepared by homogeneous precipitation of high-purity iron oxide powder,crystal integrity;size More evenly distributed,better dispersion.
