| In recent years,seamless knitting that originated in the 1980s developed rapidly in the world,and expand the application areas gradually.PTT is a new kind of polymer materials,it had achieved industrialised production successfully in the mid-1990s,PTT fibers have excellent bulk properties,elastic recovery,and dyeability.PTT/PET bi-component filament is one kind of new polyester conjunct fibers with fine elastic elongation.It is spinned with PTT and PET in accordance with a certain proportion of composite system.In order to develop the PTT seamless knitted products and research the size forecasting algorithm, then established seamless knitting forecasting and process design system, obtained the following four main results:1.There was "random strip unevenness" which couldn't be eliminated by technical adjustments on the surface of PTT/PET plain fabric.In this research,seamless knitted fabric with PTT/PET were tried to weave,and the cause of "random strip unevenness" was analyzed.The results showed that the three-dimensional spiral crimp of PTT/PET is spiral around and constantly flip,that is the genesis of "random strip unevenness".Based on this,a new PTT/PET filament was made by improving the spinning process.The "random strip unevenness" of knitted fabric was disappeared using the new PTT/PET filament in knitting fabric,and the surface of new fabric is uniform and aesthetic.2.The topics studied seamless knitted apparel designed from the choice of raw materials and changes of stitch structure,and designed the tissues of apparel details.Based on it,facing yarn took use of PTT filament replaced by the existing nylon filament,and ground yarn was used PTT/PET bi-component filament replaced the polyamide core-spun yarn. Then a new type of seamless knitted apparel was developed and designed in Santoni SM8-TOP2 electronic seamless knitting machine.3.Weaved and collected seamless knittted products with different materials,different stitch structure and finishing process,the relationship among kinds of raw materials,weight of fabric,stitch structure and the size of apparel was researched.Weaving in the same process and using the same stitch structure,the warp density and weft density of fabric with polyamide core-spun yarn is greater than seamless fabric of PTT.The fibers in the fabric have better flexibility,and the zoom ratio would be greater;if the number of needles that formatted a single loop is larger,its shrinkage ratio is greater;good touch can be acquired by using the stream tank for pre-shrinkage,but at the same time it also affected the size of seamless fabric.And These factors provide a basis for the algorithm of size forecasting.4.On the basis of previous studies,this topic established a model of the apparel' size forecasting algorithm based on the types of raw materials, fabric weight,stitch structure and other structure parameters of seamless knitted apparel.Software interface was designed by using Visual Basic 6.0 as a database development platform and visual objects were added, based on this,seamless knitting forecasting system was established;It used approach of event-driven to develop program,and interconnected all the functional modules;Then a database established for the raw materials, specifications,stitch structure,machine gauge,pin counts,tension and other process parameters,various process documentation etc,with Access2003.This software is developed to meet the requirement of the mills.Several aims were realized as following:it can design garment style and process,forecast the size of product quickly;And the products' database can be maintained properly. |
