Base on the analysis of environmental information disclosure system, Deficiencies are pointed out which need to be improved.So far, developed countries, such as the United States\ European Union\ UK, have had great development in the construction of environmental information disclosure system. Author analyzes their experiences in these aspects, such as the principle of environmental information disclosure,subject,content. And we will get lessons from analysis of the modeling experiences in other countries of the world.How to perfect the current environmental information disclosure system is the finality of this dissertation. Based on foreign countries'experiences, Author advises that the law should stipulate the principle of environmental information disclosure and rights to know environmental information, more corporations should be under obligation to disclose environmental information and the level of environmental information disclosure should be upgraded.
