| Eutrophication is major environmental problems that the world is facing,Microcystis Water bloom caused by Eutrophication is the most serious hazards of fresh water.It leads great harm to aquaculture,water supply and tourism.The heptapeptide compound produced by single cell cyanobacteria can caused human liver cancer,it is a serious threat to human health and safety. In recent years,countries are very concerned about this "ecology cancer" treatment.Although substantial investment has been spent to,carried out a great deal of research,but so far no breakthrough development has been done.Through cross-culturing experiments,we proved the existence of Allelochemicals in cell-free filtrate ofeukaryotic ZH01,through mix-culture,we found the cell division and cell morphology of Microcystis aeruginosa are obvious changed.The purpose of this study is to quantify these cellular changes,to make further verification of the growth inhibition of Microcystis,and extract allelochemicals from the cell-free filtrate of eukaryotic ZH01,provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of Microcystis.Allelopathy is a phenomena refers to the release of plant chemicals in the environment to affect the growth of other biological Allelochemicals refers to the substances generated by plants and microbiology,which can can inhibit the growth of.algal.From the beginning of the 1940s,a lot of work had made(Anon et al.2000),in the extraction,identification and purification of allelochemicals,and hundreds of allelochemicals (Li,2001) had been identified.Many studies have been successfully extracted and separated Allelochemicais from the algae,and the structure,the role of allelochemicals,suffer symptoms of algae were identified. We did this rearsh in four aspects(1) use the cell-free filate ofeukaryotic treated by different times to culture Microcystis aeruginosa;(2) the impact of on morphology of Microcystis;(3) the extract and detection of Allelochemicals in the cell-free filate of eukaryotic;(4) biological testing of the Allelochemicals Standards.The results suggested:(1) In BG11 medium,the cell-free filate ofeukaryotic treated by different times(2 days,4 days,6 days,8 days) can inhibit the growth of Microcystis,it means that the allelochemicals was produced by eukaryotic,during the adjustment period there is the emergence of Allelochemicals.(2) The cell-free filate of eukaryotic treated by different times were different in the growth inhibition of Microcystis(3) The cell-free filate of eukaryotic treated by different times has different impacts on the structurcs of Microcystis(4) The allelochemicals generated by eukaryotic mainly were fatty acids,in different cell-free filate of eukaryotic,allelochemicals were different in the type and quantity.(5) Fatty acids Standards could inhibit the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,These data can provide a theoretical basis for the synthetic of material,for effective control of Microcystis water bloom.and can also regulate the cell division of Microcystin in theory... |
