| Gathering different planting area and different variety fructus lycii of InnerMongo lia,making the quality evaluation from protein,fat,deoxidized sugar,amylose,pigment,seed oil and pesticide residues.At the same time,the extraction condition,characteristic,antiox idant activity of pigment was studied deeply.After saponification with NaOH solution,it is a good scheme to extract the fat-soluble pigment from fructus lycii pulp by the mixed impregnant of petroleum-aether and acetone.The optimum condition of saponification are tempreture 40℃,the concentra tion of NaOH solution 1.0%,ratio of liquid and material 4:1,time 40 minutes.The optimum condition of extraction are that tempreture 30℃,time 2.0 hours,ratio of liquid and material 8:1,ratio of petroleum-aether and acetone 6:1.It had been found alkali,anti oxidants,preservatives have little effect on fat-soluble pigment,but acid,heating,light,oxi dants and metal irons Al+2,Fe2+,Fe3+have evident effect by studing the stability of Fructus lycii Pigment.It show that fat-soluble pigment has the upper reductive ability,can eliminate OH and restrain peroxidation of the lipid efficiently by the study of antioxidant activity.The water-soluble pigment extracted by 95%ethanol well.The optimum condition of extraction are that tempreture 90℃,time 2.0 hours,ratio of liquid and material 15:1.Studies on characteristic of water-soluble pigment show that heating,light,antioxid ants and preservatives have little effect on water-soluble pigment,but acid,alkali,oxidants and metal irons Al3+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Cu2+have evident effect on it.It show that water-soluble pigment has the better reductive ability,can eliminate OH and restrain peroxidation of the lipid efficiently by the study of antioxidant activity.Fructus lycii planted in InnerMongolia contain plenty of functional nutrition compo nent.The content of fructus lycii amylose is 4.2%-4.5%;The content of the fat-soluble pigment is 39.60-90.92mg/100g;The content of the water-soluble pigment is 97.55-126.87mg/100g;In the fructus lycii seed oil,the content of unsaturated fatty acid is 80% upper,the content of VE is 44.06-60.47mg/100g. |
