The production equipment and technology of bimetal composite wear-resistant pipe are improved in the design,mainly according to the producing experience of Xi'an China Star material Co.Ltd.with a view to improve the production efficiency and the product quality,to provide a kind of centrifugal,compound equipment with higher automation and mechanization.Certain kinds of techniques are used to compound a layer of wear-resistant high alloy to the inner wall of the steel pipe,which gives wear resistance and toughness to the pipe,thus the greatly enhanced synthesized mechanical performance and the service life can satisfy the requirement of the wear working condition.At present,the bimetal composite pipe is mainly produced by two kinds of techniques,one is the evaporating mold vacuum casting,and the other is the centrifugal compound casting.The evaporating mold vacuum casting is mainly suitable for casting the composite bend pipe,but because of the limits of the technology and the conditions,the thicker and shorter wear-resistant layer brings no obvious product superiority.While the centrifugal casting,which is suitable for making thinner and longer pipes,is better than other casting techniques.The centrifugal compound equipment is designed under the requirement of the long launder centrifugal casting technology.The pipe mold revolves at a high speed,the liquid metal flows into the pipe through the relatively moving long launder,under the centrifugal force,in the form of spiral line,distributed to the inner wall of the pipe uniformly;the spiral-shaped metal flow mutually fuses together rapidly,forms the even liquid layer,and freezes to the even compound layer.The centrifugal compound equipment mainly divides into three parts,including the centrifugal compound machine,pouring system and drawing system. The cooling,hydraulic and electric control system etc,have carried on the explanation.This design mainly takes the composite pipe as the sample,ranging fromφ108 toφ194mm,with the length of 3m,and the production technology is also formulated.It is proved that the equipment has the high production efficiency and the stable quality, has used in producing officially.
