This research in order to treat high nitrogen and low-carbon wastewater,planed to adopt the autotrophic nitrogen removal process.The research used the synthetic wastewater,Startuped of the one-stage completely autotrophic nitrogen removal process and the Anaerobic Ammonium oxidation(the abbreviation is ANAMMOX) process separately in two independent sequencing batch moving bed biofilm reactor,in order to obtain the best operating condition and the influencing factors during the startup and run of one-stage completely autotrophic nitrogen removal and ANAMMOX process. Obtained the main conclusions as follows:Nitrate shunt was achieved in MBBR.Continual aeration was used during the startup of the nitrate shunt nitrificate.During 1~18d DO was in the 0.8~1.6mg/L, moreover must fluctuate unceasingly in this scope,NOB was eliminated quickly,and the activeness of AOB enhanced fast.During 19~24d,DO maintained about 0.8mg/L, the nitrosation rate stabilized in 87.8%,the ratio of nitrite and ammonium in the effluent was 1.2:1,TN eliminated rate surpassed 20%,could congclude that DO=0.8mg/L was most suitable dissolved oxygen condition to AOB.The attempt startup of one-stage completely autotrophic nitrogen removal process, the primary cause was that the aeration was still high.During the experiment the anaerobic inner layer of biomembrane cannot form,AAOB cannot multiply.To provide the stable dissolved oxygen condition to AAOB,must use the automatic installment to control dissolved oxygen.If only may succeed to startup one-stage completely autotrophic nitrogen removal process.The attempt startup of the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process,the reactor leak-proof quality is not good,the air dissolved in the reactor when entered the water to reactor and when agitating in the reactor,cause the dissolved oxygen to be high,the nitrification was obvious,the anaerobic ammonia oxidation function was weak,AAOB cannot multiply,has not realized the anaerobic ammonia oxidation.Therefore,if wanted to realize the anaerobic ammonia oxidation,you should guarantee that the extremely low dissolved oxygen condition in the reactor,and waited patience for AAOB the multiplication,after achieving the certain amount,it has realized the anaerobic ammonia oxidation.
