| With the shortage of energy,energy-saving and ejection-decreasing become important in each industry.More and more attention is taken to the issue of energy saving of cold stores.Because the cost of cold store's power composes approximately about 25~30%of the entire warehouse cost,reducing cold store's power consumption is the key that can help us to increase the economic efficiency.Air curtain is a cold store's supplementary equipment,which could reduce the exchange of heat and mass between the indoor and outside of a cold store.And it can improve the cold stores interior temperature field,leading to reduce the cold load.However t because of the air curtain design's theory,in many cases the air curtain dose not at condition.A two-dimensional numerical model was proposed for the springhouse,the air curtain and the outside environment of a 100 ton cold store in Xi'an.under the condition that the air curtain is influenced by the thermal and wind pressures,the impact factors of an air curtain was numerically analyzed and the response of performance to the outdoor environment was studied.The following researches were carried out with numerical simulation.(1) Considering the wind and thermal pressures between the inside and outside of a cold store,the air flow field is analyzed for the case when the cold store entrance is open but the air curtain dose not work.Mass exchange through the cold store entrance under the condition of different environment wind speeds,obtain with numerical simulation and empirical formula were compared.(2) Considering the wind and thermal pressures between the inside and outside of a cold store,the impact of the jet velocity, the outlet width and the air flow angle of the air curtain on its efficacy was numerically studied.(3) The air curtain performance is studied when the outdoor environmental varies with different outdoor wind speeds.From the simulation results,obtains the optimal structure parameters and jet velocity were obtained.The simulation results show that the performance of an air curtain with a winder outlet width is more influenced by the environment wind.The optimal jet velocity of an air curtain increases with the increase of wind. |
