Electrochromic(EC) materials are one of newly-functional materials, which have very good application future. The all-solid state electrochromic device must be making for practical application. In order to make the flexible electrochromic device, the excellent performance of flexible electrochromic layer and gel polymer electrolyte were prepaed. The following aspects of work for sovling the two aspects was made in this work:1. The three-step work for polyaniline (PANI) flexible electrochromic film preparation was done:①A PANI films on nickel fiakes doped with sulfuric acid, complex acid (sulfuric acid and sulfosalicylic acid) and sulfosalicylic acid were prepared using the potentiostatic method in the different electrolyte solution. The cycle stability, redox reversibility, electrical conductivity and corrosion potential of PANI films doped with single acid and complex acid were characterized by Cyclic voltammetry (CV), Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Tafer curve (Tafer). The result showed that compared to PANI films doped with single acid, the redox reversibility, cycle stability and electrical conductivity of PANI film doped with complex acid were superior; when the electrochromic phenomenon happened, the respond time was very short, and the memory to color under the chromotropic potential was easier to control.②On the basis of the above work, the process conditions that make the PANI flims using complex acid on flexible PET/ITO flims were optimized. Some technologic conditions were researched: such as dosage of aniline, two acid scale, vlatage size, time and electrolyte temperature. The electrochromic performance electrical conductivity and corrosion potential of PANI films were characterized by CV, EIS and Tafer. We get the better experiment condition: dosage of aniline is 0. 6 mol/L, SSA:H2SO4 is 11:10, vlatage is 1.9V, electrolyte temperature is about 38℃and the time is 20min.③In the experiments, the electrochemical properties and electrochromic properties of PANI flims on different basals had big difference were found. The PANI films doped with complex acid (sulfuric acid and sulfosalicylic acid) were prepared using the potentiostatic method on bare nickel flake and flexible PET/ITO substrates. The contents of the PANI films, surface elements, electrochromic property and electrical conductivity were characterized by X- ray Photoelectron Spectroscopic (XPS), CV and EIS. The result showed that the cycle stability, redox reversibility and response time of PANI films on flexible PET/ITO substrate and bare nickel flake showed some difference, but the electrochromic phenomen of the PANI films was in substantial agreement. The equilibrium transmittance spectra-in the visible region (400-800nm) for the PANI film on flexible PET/ITO substrate at different applied potential from -0.4 to 1.5V. The result showed that the transmittance of the PANI film at different voltage was adjustable in a row.2. The poly (methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) was made by emulsion polymerization firstly, and the PMMA-PC/EC-LiClO4 gel-electrolyte was produced using the PMMA as substrate. Four-Probe Resistivity Meter was used to survey conductivity of PMMA gel-electrolyte, and the thermostability, flexibility, transparency, mechanical property of the electrolyte were discussed. The results show that when the amount of initial agent is 0.077g, the amount of emulsifier is 3g, the amount of emulsifier assistant is 0.2g, the amount of polymer is 20w%, the concentration of electrolyte salinity is 1.5mol/L, the amount of plasticizer is 0.183 1g, and the reaction time is 2 hours, the film has good adhesivity, good transparency and high ionic conductivity at room temperature (δ=2.113 5mS/cm)...
