In 1990, The Clean Air Act consided n-hexane as one the 189 kinds of toxic substances which can contaminate the air,It is thought that when one is exposed to n-hexane,It will affect nerve center system and motor nerve cells,in the aspect of choice of new solvent,nowdays most are inclined to two kinds of substances:The one are short carbon chain alcohols (ethanol and IPA),The other are short carbon chain hydrocarbon compounds,But the FDA are inclined to short carbon chain alcohol.Determine the perilla and rapeseed oil solution ability in different concentrati on ethanol and IPA under different temperature,which can lay a solid ground for the extraction subsequently,then use different concentration ethanol and IPA to extract the defatted perilla and rapessed cake,After this,determine the content of the tannin and phytic acid content in the up-phrase,the experiment results showed that this two short carbon chain alcohols can decrease the tannin content of the meal markedly.Under the temperature 78℃,Use 90% ethanol and 87.7%IPA as extraction solvent to extract the perilla cake,the residual oil of meal is below 1% while the oil content of the material is 8.2%,protein content in the finished perilla seed meal is above 50%,the tannin content of meal is extracted markedly,But the phytic acid content can not be get rid of .Under the extraction temperature 66℃,Use pure methanol to extract the rapeseed cake,the residual oil of meal is about 4%, glucosinolate content descen ded a lot. the extraction ability of methanol is inferior Under the extraction temperature 78℃,use 95% ethanol and 87.7% IPA to extract the rapeseed cake,the residual oil of meal is about 1.5% while the oil content of the material is 18.2%,protein content in the finished rapeseed meal is about 46%,tannin and glucosinolate content descend a lot,But the phytic acid content can not be removed yet.Under the extraction temperature 78℃,After extracting perilla cake with 90% ethanol and 87.7% IPA,then use 87.7% IPA to extract the rapeseed cake. The oil content of the first several times are thick,Chill separating miscella under the temperature 5℃for 24 hours,the Chilling separating phenomenon of the first several times was notable,the concentration of the miscella was bellow 4%,The perilla oil content of in the down-phrase was above 95%,we can continue to vaporize the dense miscella to gain crude oil,which can save energy a lot,because the last times concentration of the miscella were too thin,but we can use it to extracte the material directly,we can see that chilling separating miscella is feasible,which can reduce energy consumption to a large extent.
