Research On The Industrialization Of Construction And Demolition Waste Disposition

China has gained sustainable development for a few years, unfortunately, the construction and demolition waste is also increasing year by year. And now the number has reached hundreds of millions tons each year.How to handle the construction and demolition waste properly has become a key issue to a city. Learning from the advanced experience of western countries, we should recycle construction and demolition waste, it is so called"Industrialization of construction and demolition waste Disposition", it is now has become focus of attention. In this context, it is more meaningful to take the discussion of exploring the industrialization in our country.In this paper, to begin with, we define the concept of the construction and demolition waste, estimate the number and use GM (1,1) gray prediction method to forecast the number. Then we take the definition of Industrialization of construction and demolition waste Disposition, analysis the industrialization of content, establish the industrial chain.On this basis, we analyze status quo of the industry domestic and international. With the help of Diamond Model to analysis the factors which affect the industry. At present, there are many problems and deficiencies exist in these factors.Finally, we propose some countermeasures as the coordination of government management mechanism, the legal response, the government's economic measures, market financing measures, technological innovation capability, public awareness and education to explore the development of the industrialization of the construction and demolition waste disposal.
