The CNC machine tool is aimed to be high speedy, precious and efficient. Consequently, dynamic characteristics of CNC machine tool has been becoming increasingly demanding.The dynamic analysis and dynamic design of machine tool structure are based on the dynamic model of the machine tool structure. The key to set up an accurate dynamics model of machine tool is the dynamic descriptions of the joint faces of machine tool. Linear Rolling Guide is one of the main joint faces of CNC machine tool. Its dynamic characteristics have exerted a profound influence on the dynamic characteristics of CNC machine tool.This thesis is combination of the research of surface grinder MK7132A, about the researches of the dynamic characteristics of Linear Rolling Guide with combination of experiments and theoretical methods.This thesis contains the following parts:(1) Introduce the recent developments of dynamic characteristics of joint faces of machine tool research both at home and abroad; present the research methods and key technologies of the current combination joint of dynamic characteristics and demonstrate the main problems existing in the combination joint of machine tool dynamic characteristics.(2) Carry out experimental modal analysis of the Linear Rolling Guide GGB to analyze the dynamic characteristics of Linear Rolling Guide under different load circumstances, as well as detect the disciplines.(3) Make finite element contact analysis of Linear Rolling Guide to study the effects of load to the surface deformation and find out the stiffness features of Linear Rolling Guide. (4) Do some researches on the dynamic model of Linear Rolling Guide; establish the finite element dynamic model and modal analysis of Linear Rolling Guide integrating the results from the finite element contact analysis; adopt optimize parameter method to get the stiffness and damping of Linear Rolling Guide with the results from experimental modal analysis.(5) Establish the finite element dynamic model of machine tool to do finite element modal analysis, aiming to examine the weak link and put forward some improvement suggestions.
