The water is humanity's very important natural resource,the human can't live without it. It's the physical conditions which the industry and agricultureproduction depends on develops. The social productive forces unceasing enhancement, the region economyunceasing development, causes the water resources the demand quantityunceasingly to enlarge. With the surface water use relatively saturated, the groundwater mining quantity rises year by year, the groundwater resourcesnot reasonably mined already creates the water resources to be short,the water body pollution, the surface subsidence, the environmentworsening and so on a series of questions. In order to reasonably uses the ground water resources, the government had developed the new turn of ground water resources investigation in 2006,the goal of investigation is further understands the ground water use mining as well as the pollution situation, comes in view of each kind of situation formulation different policyto the ground water resources to carry on the sustainable use at the same time.The ground water pollution is restricts ground water mining and the use most important factor. How comprehensively understood the ground water pollution the degree and the distribution are the effective government ground water pollution premise, also is for uses the ground water resources to build the solid foundation well.The former ground water pollution survey only can draw support from the drill hole data, the data gain work load in a big way, the computation is numerous and diverse. Simultaneously lacks the science reasonable computation model, the pollutant in groundwater distribution research only can depend on the manual plan regarding, not only the error moreover is not greatly direct-viewing. In recent years developed the rapid GIS technology to provide abrand-new practical feasible technical support for the ground water pollution computation analysis.In under national ground water resources new turn of investigation development major premise author proposed ground water pollution computing system overall structure based on the ARCGIS platform. And acts according to the Huabei Pingyuan ground water resources space information which has to formulate the spatial database as well asexterior attribute storehouse structural design plan. The present paper based on the ARCGIS platform, inserts the typemodule tool using ARCGIS Engine, has developed the ground water pollution computing system, meanwhile uses American three dimensionalgeology modelling software EVS-Pro and the ARCGIS connection, hasrealized the ground water pollutant three dimensional in the ARCGIScontact surface visible. This system already may use the present pollution index computation model to carry on the pollution index computation, also may carry on the water analysis, is the collection space data management, the computation, visible changes into a body the technical platform.
