Most low-permeability reservoir with low pressure, water-sensitive characteristics of strong, we must fracturing to achieve the purpose of production. However, as a result of hydraulic fracturing fluid system factors such as water blocking the reservoir may result in injury, serious impact on the effect of fracturing. CO2 foam fracturing fluid carrying sand because of its strong ability to promptly and thoroughly liquid reservoir and the advantages of small injuries, especially for low-voltage, low-permeability and water-sensitive reservoir. Jilin Oilfield CO2 as the internal resources to develop and fracturing equipment and related technology advances, so that CO2 foam fracturing technology in Jilin oil field and other fields to conduct field trials become a reality. In this paper, the construction to meet the requirements of different sets of foam fracturing fluid formulations, including acid cross-linked foam fracturing fluid system, foam fracturing fluid system neutral and ground together intercourse weak base foam fracturing fluid system. Analysis of the temperature field in CO2 foam fracturing systems, simulation analysis of the fracturing fluid sensitive design parameters on the impact of foam fracturing, the establishment of a foam fracturing design and on-site quality control system. CO2 foam fracturing was completed in Jilin, Daqing, Liaohe, Changqing and Northeast Petroleum Board design and field test of fracturing, hydraulic fracturing and flowback rate compared to 45% ~ 60% of the reservoir to reduce the harm and obtain a good understanding of yield and reservoir.
